EST Solution was founded in 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with one clear vision — to simplify the event industry.
We observed a recurring challenge: clients were required to coordinate with multiple vendors — planners, manpower agencies, speakers, production teams, and various service providers. This fragmented structure often led to miscommunication, delays, inefficiencies, and unnecessary costs.
EST Solution was built to change that.
Founded by an industry expert with over 7 years of experience, primarily involved in major concert productions across Malaysia, our company is grounded in real-world execution, large-scale coordination, and high-pressure event environments. This hands-on experience shapes the way we plan, manage, and deliver every project.
